If you haven't already picked up on it,
Big Mountain 2000 is snowboarding and downhill skiing, whichever you may prefer. There are three different modes that you can play: Time Attack, 2-Player Battle, and Championship. And for each mode, there are three games that must be completed to move on to higher levels: Free Style, Slalom, and Giant Slalom. In Time Attack, you are racing against others and the clock on any level you choose. Championship is like a tournament or season, where each level and game must be completed before moving on to the next. And for the three games, Free Style is where you are trying to just win the race any way possible, where as Slalom and Giant Slalom are where you have to ski or snowboard around flags placed down the hill. For any of these games, you can pick from the six characters provided, each having various features or talents. Then hit the slopes for intense racing and high-flying stunts.
While on the course, you'll go up against three other racers. The key is to keep your Stamina Meter up, because if you keep falling down, it's harder to get up. The problem that I found in this is that the computer kept constantly running into me, but instead of the computer being effected, only I was. But remember, the more tricks you pull off, the more the judges will like you, and the more abilities you will obtain new abilities. You are also able to create some new clothes and equipment.
