You've probably heard things about Square/Enix's newly released first-person environmental puzzle game, Quantum Conundrum, but here's an interesting tidbit: the musical score is being created by Chris Ballew, the "basitarist" and vocalist from the alternative-rock band, the Presidents of the United States of America (or PUSA, for short).
"I like making music for kids because I admire their inventive imaginations, and as an adult I nurture that same creativity in myself. The gameplay, humor and art style in Quantum Conundrum embodies that same sentiment."
- Chris Ballew, AKA Caspar Babypants
"Chris was our top choice to score Quantum Conundrum. The team wanted someone who would be fun and quirky and would really fit the style of the game. He's a ton of fun to work with and all of that comes through in the music he writes."
- Tom Smurdon, audio director for Quantum Conundrum, Airtight Games
